    Cellular GSM module

    An optional built-in Cellular module can be installed inside the smart-MAIC meters, to ensure communication via Mobile Internet (GPRS) for cellular networks 850/900/1800/1900MHz.

    To insert a micro-SIM card into the Cellular module inside the device, follow these steps.

    1. Remove the top cover of the device.

    2. Insert the micro-SIM card into the slot with the correct side.

    3. In the device settings in the menu "Network Config", check the Cellular module settings.

    4. Check the box "Use Cellular" and specify the APN (Access Point Name) of your mobile operator, if necessary.
